ABOUT US

JSC “IESPA” (JSC “Institute of Environmental Survey, Planning & Assessment”) was founded in 2006 by graduates of the Faculty of Geography of Lomonosov Moscow State University. We perform: all the types of engineering surveys for construction; design of buildings and structures of complexity levels I and II; research and development activities.

All the kinds of work are carried out in accordance with the current environmental, construction, and sanitary legislation of the Russian Federation. The design and technical documentation complies with the standards and requirements of the federal and regional legislation, is characterized by high quality execution and formalization, and passes State expertise and necessary approvals.

Our employees are characterized by high professionalism and extensive experience in the spheres of construction, design and engineering surveys. All the specialists have higher education: many of them have academic degrees. Our management system has been established in accordance with international ISO standards. We offer a flexible pricing policy, high quality of work, individual approach to each client, as well as completing work in the shortest possible time.

JSC “IEPI” has all the necessary licenses, certificates, and accreditation certificates, as well as it is included in the register of self-regulatory organizations (SRO) for design and engineering surveys.

TYPES OF ACTIVITIES

Engineering surveys (site investigations) A set of work on ecology, geology, hydrometeorology to study the natural conditions of the construction site, to develop recommendations, and to forecast changes.

Offshore investigations JSC "IEPI" has been successfully implementing projects related to environmental surveys during the development of the Russian shelf for more than 10 years. The competencies of the employees in this sphere make it possible to perform environmental impact assessment, background environmental monitoring, industrial environmental monitoring, operational satellite environmental monitoring, as well as research and development work.

Urban and landscape designing JSC "IEPI" carries out a full range of works related to urban and landscape designing.

Environmental designing and consulting JSC “IEPI” provides environmental design services at all the stages of construction, as well as carries out coordinating developed projects.

Unique capabilities of the company We have a number of unique competencies that allow us to carry out scientific developments, modelling processes, environmental audit, control, forecasting changes, managing the sustainable state of natural objects and technical structures: ice situation management; geotechnical monitoring; industrial environmental monitoring and control; surveying well mouths; developing biodiversity conservation programs; expertise.

Specialists of the JSC “IEPI” have fulfilled more than 500 projects in the field of surveys for construction, design of buildings and structures, environmental monitoring and scientific research.
